1.3 By placing an order with Wearhaus, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

2.1 All products sold by Wearhaus are handmade and/or made to order, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations or imperfections may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the unique character of handcrafted items.

2.3 Every order is carefully inspected and double-checked before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

2.4 Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours, scale, and placement may vary slightly due to screen differences, fabric availability, and production processes.

3. Orders & Payment (Terms of Use)

3.1 All orders are final once payment has been completed.

3.2 Once payment is made, orders cannot be changed, edited, cancelled, or refunded, including but not limited to:

• Size changes

• Colour changes

• Design or personalisation changes

• Address changes (please ensure accuracy at checkout)

3.3 This policy exists to protect the time, materials, and labour invested into each made-to-order item.

3.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct before completing payment.

4. Personalised & Custom Items

4.1 Personalised and custom-made items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

4.2 As a result, personalised items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

4.3 Wearhaus is not responsible for errors made by the customer in spelling, sizing, or information provided at checkout.

5. Pricing & Availability

5.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.3 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

6. Production Time & Dispatch

6.1 As items are handmade and often made to order, processing times may vary. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only.

6.2 Delays may occur due to high order volumes, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Wearhaus will not be held liable for delays once an order has been dispatched to the courier.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

7.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.

7.3 Please ensure delivery details are correct. Wearhaus is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

8.1 Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Size issues

• Minor imperfections consistent with handmade items

8.2 If you receive an item that is faulty or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

8.3 Approved faults will be remedied at our discretion through repair or replacement.

9. Care Instructions

9.1 Care instructions are provided to help prolong the life of your item.

9.2 Wearhaus is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, or general misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All designs, images, text, logos, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Wearhaus other than Sport themed logos.

10.2 Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Wearhaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

11.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
