Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Wearhaus Doodle Club, run by Wearhaus (“the Organizer”). By submitting an entry, you (“the Participant”) and your parent/legal guardian agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to children aged 5

  • Parent or legal guardian consent is required for all entries.

  • Participants residing outside of South Africa must note that their product will only be sold in South Africa

3. Submission Requirements

  • Entries must be original artwork created by the child.

  • Digital drawings, scanned paper art, or high-quality photos of artwork are accepted.

  • File format: PNG.

  • One entry per child per campaign cycle unless otherwise stated.

4. Selection Process

  • Winners will be chosen by [Organizer’s selection team / public vote / combination].

  • The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • The Participant retains ownership of the original artwork.

  • By entering, the Participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, print, display, and promote the design on products and marketing materials.

  • The design may be modified slightly for production requirements (e.g. resizing, colour adjustments).

6. Royalties & Payments

  • The Participant will earn a royalty of R30 per t-shirt sold featuring their design.

  • Royalties will be calculated monthly and paid within [10 working days] after month-end.

  • Payments will be made to the bank account or payment method provided by the parent/legal guardian.

  • The Organizer will provide a sales summary to the parent/legal guardian upon payment.

7. Rewards

  • The winning Participant will receive one complimentary t-shirt featuring their design.

  • Additional rewards or features may be announced on the Campaign page or social media.

8. Publicity

  • By entering, the parent/legal guardian consents to the child’s first name, age, and design being used for promotional purposes, including social media and website listings.

  • No surnames or sensitive personal information will be publicly disclosed.

9. General Conditions

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the Campaign at any time without notice.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures or incorrect information provided.

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
