Rush Order Terms

At Wearhaus, all items are handmade and produced with care. We understand that there may be occasions where clients require their orders sooner than our standard turnaround times. For this reason, we offer Rush Orders under the following terms and conditions.
1. What Is a Rush Order?
1.1 A Rush Order is any order that requires priority production and a faster turnaround than our standard processing times.
1.2 Rush Orders require us to reschedule existing production queues and dedicate additional time and resources to your order.
2. Approval Requirement
2.1 Rush Orders are not guaranteed and can only be accommodated upon prior approval from Wearhaus.
2.2 Placing an order and selecting or requesting a rush option does not automatically secure approval.
2.3 We reserve the right to decline a Rush Order if we do not have the capacity, time, or resources to fulfil it without compromising quality or existing client orders.
3. Rush Order Fee
3.1 An additional Rush Order fee of R150 will be added to your total order value once approval has been granted.
3.2 This fee compensates for:

Prioritising your order ahead of other client orders

Extended or additional working hours

Production schedule adjustments
3.3 The Rush Order fee is non-refundable.
4. Payment & Order Finality
4.1 Once a Rush Order has been approved and payment has been completed, the order is considered final.
4.2 No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted after payment, including changes to:

Size
-
Colour
-
Design
-
Personalisation details
4.3 This policy applies in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions.
5. Turnaround Time
5.1 Approved Rush Orders will be processed within the agreed timeframe communicated at approval.
5.2 Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Wearhaus cannot be held responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.
6. Quality & Handmade Nature
6.1 Rush Orders are produced to the same quality standards as all Wearhaus items.
6.2 Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations or imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.
6.3 All Rush Orders are double-checked before dispatch.
7. Right to Refuse
7.1 Wearhaus reserves the right to:

Decline Rush Orders

Limit the number of Rush Orders accepted

Withdraw Rush Order availability during peak periods
7.2 Declined Rush Order requests will be processed as standard orders unless otherwise agreed.
8. Acceptance of Rush Order Terms
By requesting and paying for a Rush Order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Rush Order Terms & Conditions, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
