Delivery options & terms

At Wearhaus, we aim to ensure that all orders are dispatched clearly, fairly, and efficiently. Please review the following Delivery Options & Terms before placing your order.

1. General Delivery Information

1.1 Delivery times apply after processing has been completed. Processing time and delivery time are separate and should not be confused.

1.2 Delivery estimates provided by couriers are not guaranteed and are outside of Wearhaus’ control once an order has been collected.

1.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

2. Available Delivery Options

2.1 PUDO Locker-to-Locker

  • Cost: R69

  • Delivery type: Locker-to-locker service

  • Collection: The client is responsible for collecting the parcel from the selected PUDO locker within the courier’s specified timeframe.

Wearhaus is not responsible for parcels returned due to non-collection from lockers within the allowed period.

2.2 Standard Delivery

  • Cost: R100

  • Delivery type: Door-to-door delivery via our selected courier partner

  • Delivery timeframe: Estimated and dependent on courier operations

3. Overnight & Express Deliveries

3.1 Wearhaus no longer offers an overnight or express delivery option as a standard service.

3.2 Clients who require overnight or express delivery must:

  • Arrange the courier service independently with their chosen courier

  • Confirm the delivery type, date, and collection time directly with the courier

  • Obtain prior confirmation from Wearhaus to ensure availability for seamless parcel collection

3.3 Overnight or express collections will not be accommodated without prior confirmation from Wearhaus.

3.4 Wearhaus accepts no responsibility for delays, missed collections, or courier failures arranged independently by the client.

4. Courier Arranged by Client

4.1 If a client arranges their own courier:

  • The courier must collect from the Wearhaus premises at an agreed date and time

  • All courier costs are for the client’s account

4.2 Wearhaus will not be held liable for:

  • Courier delays

  • Failed or missed collections

  • Damage or loss once the parcel has been collected

5. Address Accuracy

5.1 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are correct.

5.2 Wearhaus is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

6. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

6.1 Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Load shedding or power outages

6.2 Such delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

7. Acceptance of Delivery Terms

By selecting a delivery method and placing an order with Wearhaus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Delivery Options & Terms, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
