Returns for Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we are happy to offer a return and refund. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the faulty or damaged item
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it was received. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
